Beautiful heavy and drapable rope necklace with graduated rose quartz beads carved with Chinese motifs. The clasp tests positive for 10KT gold. Circa 1925. The beads vary from very translucent to mostly opaque, and the color is a lovely pink which is warmer than the photos depict. It has been professionally restrung for security. A vintage Art Deco 1930s lampwork swirl glass bead Flapper necklace. This nacklace consists of round and oblong glass beads with interior white swirls, in pastel hues of pink, blue and clear. This is a really pretty piece. It measures a long 52 inches and can be worn long or looped around several times. The beads have a beautiful patina and have a nice sheen . They are the color of old ivory, a creamy color, but I do not think they are ivory. I think they are carved bone. The center bead is 1/2 inch in diameter. It has a matching screw-type clasp that has been glued closed . If you like old beads this would be a nice piece to add to your collection.
