A rare hand wrought bracelet by Madeline Turner, a New York City Jeweler who worked from the 1930's to the 1950's. She designed jewelry for Georg Jensen USA. In sterling silver with periwinkle blue art glass cabochons. Marked with her conjoined M Turner hallmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around and about 1" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. Has a safety clasp. In very nice condition. A wonderful example of her work.
Most unusual bookchain necklace made of 10K rose gold links alternating with yellow gold-filled links, 14K yellow gold spring ring clasp. Can be worn alone with the clasp in the back, or with a pendant or locket attached (spring ring clasp in front). Total length is 18 inches,links are approximately .25 inches wide.
I have never seen a bookchain necklace like this one. Done in a victorian style, probably dates to the 1940s.
Fabulous statement size cuff bracelet in matte textured finish sterling silver with an applied heavy gold element in the form of a lion with emerald eyes. Matched set of three stackable rings, all in 18K yellow gold, all stamped 750, size 6 3/4 (sizeable by a competent jeweler).
All three rings have a diagonal etched pattern, going all the way around on the two plain gold rings and about 2/3 around the gold and ruby ring.
The middle ring is set with a square cut ruby (approximately 3mm x 3mm) and the same diagonal etched pattern around approximately 2/3 of the ring (sizeable in the back)...
