A caged amethyst sterling cuff marked ORB Sterling. There is some spotting and light wear on the silver. The cuff is 1" wide. The inner diameter is 2-1/4" with some give. 43.9gr.

Delicately engraved with flowers and stylized ruffles at the rims, this sterling silver bangle bears the hallmarks for Birmingham, 1884, and a maker’s mark of WH (or HM). It has a safety chain to which a larger link has been added. The tongue-and-groove clasp is very secure, and snaps together tightly. The hinge is in excellent working condition. There are minor surface scratches. The bangle is an oval, measuring 2 3/8 inches by 1 7/8 inches inside; interior circumference is about 7 inches...

This sterling silver necklace has a classic, timeless look that makes it a wardrobe staple. It is composed of alternating round beads and larger irregular-shaped ones with a pocked surface similar to a hammered look. It has an unidentified maker’s mark, but is probably American-made. Fabulous heavy vintage Bakelite bangle in true black (did not start out as another color). Tests positive for Bakelite and guaranteed vintage and original. 1930s. Deeply carved in a classic Art Deco bubble motif. 1 inch wide, just under 1/2 inch thick, and standard 2 1/2 inches inside diameter. Excellent condition. Photos enlarged to show detail.

Here is a classic pair of 10kt gold, two-sided cuff links with a black enamel rim from the 1920s to late 1930s. The enamel is totally intact; the gold shows a warm, aged patina. The bridge bars and rings are quite secure. The bars bear a mark of 10 with a K in between the digits, indicating the maker as Kohn & Company of Newark, NJ. Each button measures ½ inch in diameter. Weight: 5.9 grams total

A 19thC Scottish banded onyx sterling silver pin brooch 1850-80. This 2-7/8 x 7/8" lozenge-shaped pin has the original c-clasp; the silver border is unmarked but tests as silver (the pin itself is silver plated). This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a small loss to the hand-mounted bezel and a tiny flake on the edge of the onyx (see images)...

A pair of vintage sterling silver heart shaped earrings by Peggy Ackerly, (1921-2011), who apprenticed with Sam Kramer from 1943-64. Ackerly helped design and execute many of Kramer's most iconic pieces. These earrings are post 1968, when she began using the conjoined MA mark for Margaret Ackerly.

The heart shaped pieces swing on the curled vines that are attached to the ear wires. The earrings measure 7/8" across and 1" tall. Marked with her hallmark and sterling on the back of each one...

A pair of vintage brooches from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis, one in the shape of a 6 pointed star and the other a whale. Great hammered textures.

The whale measures 3 1/8" long and 5/8" wide. The star measures 1 3/8" across and 1 1/4" high.

Both are marked Sterling and with the crossed JL mark of the artist. The clasps hold securely. They are in fine condition with some minor scratches. Warm patina.

Quality pieces...

This sterling stork has a curly tail, leaves for feet and angel like wings. The body is a very large kite shaped reversed carved blue rhinestone. All of this in a sterling setting. Notice that this stork has a blue rhinestone for his beak. It is hallmarked "sterling" on the back. Excellent condition. It measures 3 1/2" x 2 2/3" .

A nice pair of Edwardian 14K yellow gold cufflinks. The rectangular faces have curved sides. One face of each cufflinks has nice engine-turned and floral engraving. The other faces have a plain surface with an engraved border perfect for a monogram. The connectors are marked “14K”.

Origin: America, ca. 1900. Condition: excellent, no monogram. Size: 5/8” x 15/32”. Weight: 3.5 grams.

A vintage heavy modernist pendant with a raw amethyst wrapped in silver metal, (probably plate) in a brutalist design. Signed Nielsen Denmark in two places. Measures 2 5/8" long and 1 3/4" wide. Also measures 1 3/8" thick. Has a large round bale so can accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Fine condition, wonderful design.

An Edwardian 18k yellow gold and platinum diamonds ring 1900-10. This size 5-1/2 ring features three dimonds in platinum mounts; it measures 1/2" across the diamonds and it weighs 1.7 grams. It is stamped FINE PLAT 18 Ct., and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Bright 14k opal heart pendant necklace and earrings(pierced) in original hard case box(marked 14k), c.1950's. Real opals, not doublets. The NECKLACE is an open gold heart(3/4" long) and holds an oval opal(approx.4 carats) on an 18" gold chain. The EARRINGS are for pierced ears and are signed "14K". They each measure 1/2" long by 1/2" wide and each have two opals and interesting decorative gold work. Excellent condition.....$15 for insured US shipping.

A well crafted sterling silver brooch signed Sterling Handwrought and The Gorham Co. Probably executed by the Chicago silversmith Bjarne Meyer. Beautifully hand hammered silver. Bjarne Meyer did work for Gorham and also worked for Georg Jensen, USA. Measures 1 5/8" across. Has a three dimensional repousse design, possibly a stylized feather or apple. Dark patina, has some tarnish. Fine example of Arts and Crafts silver work.

A fancy 10k crossover sapphires and diamonds ring. This size 7 ring features two 10 point (by gauge) deep blue sapphires with six single point diamonds flanking them. This ring measures 5/16" across the claw-set sapphires and it weighs 1.6 grams. A man's Art Deco 14k yellow and white gold ring setting from the 1920s. This vintage size 9-1/4 ring measures 1/2" across the setting and it would hold a solitaire stone measuring 7 mm. across and up to 4 mm. deep. The top is in white gold and the shank in yellow gold with nice pierced or filigree design. It is stamped 14 K...

An ornate piece of cast work featuring flowers, scrolls, garlands and scallop shells. The pin is set with a central faceted rectangular citrine, tiny pieces of orange glass and seed pearls. The C-clasp is secure; the pin stem is struck with a special Hungarian mark used from 1937-1999 indicating a piece that may have left the country temporarily, as for an exhibition. The brooch measures 1 ½ inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide.
