This good quality pastel is in original condition with some damage which I personally would live with.
The ebonised gilt lined frame is also a little nibbled but again bearable.

By noted South African artist, Otto Klar (born in Austria, 1908-1994), this drawing depicts a group of huts, some figures, and hills in the background.
