George Loring Brown, Malden, Massachusetts, 1814-1889. This expensive landscape is a view of Sorrento including Mount Vesuvius in the background. The edges have been reinforced but are still original. He lived in the U.S. and Europe and his more sought after paintings are those of southern Italy...

Warren Davis, American/New York, 1865-1927. This perfect painting is oil on canvas in its original frame. Signed verso and titled "The Ripple", it is the last oil painted by Davis in 1926-27, from the estate of his widow. It is in perfect condition with only a slight wave in the canvas which would easily be corrected by keying out the canvas. The back of the painting is intact with original paper and gallery sticker.
