DOROTHY ROSE (b. 1909) This original portrait drawing is approx. 10 ½” high x 9” wide sight size; 17 ¼” x 15” framed. It is pencil signed “Dorothy Rose” in the lower right and dated 1954. There is some foreign matter on the drawing, but generally it is in good condition. Dorothy Rose studied in the 1930’s at the Beaux Arts Institute of Design and later at the Arts Students League with Reginald Marsh and Morris Kantor.
