This painting in Mixed/Media is signed at lower left and is 32" X 28" inches not including beautiful frame. Born in Seattle, WA on June 20, 1913. Jarrett graduated from the University of Washington and continued her art studies at the Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, Académie de la Grand Chaumière in Paris, and the Slade School in London. A spinster, she died in Los Angeles on Nov. 27, 1983.... Click for details

This china plate caught my eye immediatly with it's unique hand painted cobalt blue and gilt border surrounding the delightful scene. It is signed and dated on the back by the artist. 8" diameter. See the last photo to view it displayed in a group of some of my other "fowl" items!
