"Women at Market" by Haitian artist Alberoi Bazile. Oil on masonite in hand carved Haitian frame. Circa 1974. Painting size: 24.25" x 28". Excellent original condition. Alberoi Bazile was born in Jacmel, Haiti in 1920 and was brother to the more famous painter, Castera Bazile. Alberoi was a member of the Centre D'Art and became a full time artist in 1963.
