GERMAN SCHOOL circa 1830 Untitled (portrait of a young lady) oil on copper. This lovely painting is 13" H by 10 1/8" W and is framed in a lovely frame with framed dimensions of 17 3/4" by 12 3/4". It is unsigned. The condition is good with several very small spots less than 1/4" each in the background that have been inpainted. We have attributed this as German but it could be French. The overall look is lovely and romantic, very tasteful for a small spot.
