Mid 19TH Century Oil On Canvas Unsigned painting of a Port with boats and dock and people in what appears to be a European fishing village. Laying on the dock are several of the fish referred to as skates which were found predominately in Florence. The painting canvas measures 30" X 20" and is mounted in a very nice and appropriate frame. Minor restoration was done before I purchased this painting. I had the painting cleaned and this painting shows real well.

This very old and high quality copy was certainly carried out in the presence of the original. Very good condition. XVII° Period, Circa: 1600. Dim: W: 9,1 in - D: 1,6in - H: 11,8in.
