NORMAN RAEBEN (1901-1978) This pastel on sandpaper is approx. 16” high x 20” wide. It is signed “Raeben” on the lower right and is in very good condition. Norman Raeben was an artist and teacher in New York City. He became one of the most influential people in Bob Dylan’s life when in the 1970’s he taught Dylan to paint. Original (great) hand carved frame.
