This is a lovely female mixed media portrait on heavy paper by the English painter Barry Leighton Jones (1932- ). Under glass in frame measuring 30 by 36 by 2 inches. Excellent condition. Colors are bright and vibrant and the work is flat. The artist employed watercolor and raised brush strokes (likely in acryllic) are apparant in his use of the color white. Given the abundance of Jones' prints (and unauthorized reproductions) of his clown art on the market, this work is refreshing and unique. H... Click for details
