19TH Century signed Seascape Watercolor Painting measuring 5 3/4" X 9" mounted in a gold gilded frame and double matted. Overall size is 14 3/4" X 12". The painting, which is in perfect condition, depicts a rugged coastline with the silhouette of a old building on the rise. You can also see a couple of sailing ships on the horizon.
