A very pleasant old Connecticut Maritime Nautical Watercolor painting on artist board
by Helen E. Roby, who is a listed Connecticut Artist. Hand Painted on artist board this watercolor measures 10 3/4" X 15". Helen signed this painting in two places, and the word Helen in the bottom signature has been lightly scratched out. Why, I don't know. No Frame included in this painting.
