This is plate one from Alexander Wilsons American ornithology the ist. great american bird book published from 1808 to 1814. It shows 3 well known american birds the blue jay,goldfinch and the baltimore oriole. It was engraved by Lawson and is 13 1/2 by 9 +lg margins. For a print that is almost two hundred years old it is in excellent condition.

This is a great large 27 by 18 +lg margins engraving. It is from a painting by j. thompson and was engraved by a.h. ritchie around 1860.This wonderfull americana image is in excellent cond.I could only locate one other copy and that one was $1400.00 clearer than my pic shot thru shrinkwrap!

This is a scare early image The Card Players by R.C. Woodville done by the American Art Union.It was registered in 1851 and was engraved by Charles Burt. The image size is 7 1/4 by 10 and has a title and wide margins. A nice clean image Matted.
