Set of 4 framed engravings of shells by Lamarck, ca 1790 in custom made and custom colored frames frames. These are from Panckoucke's "Histoire Naturelle" an encyclopedia published between 1780 and 1820. Each approx. 14" wide by 17" high. Framed with conservation materials.

Hortus Eystettensis (The Garden of Eichstätt), published by Basilius Besler (1561-1629) in Nuremburg in 1613 (1st edition), depicting the species Malva Hortensis. Printed on heavy laid paper with printed description on verso, and species titles on front in Latin.
