This is a original pre 1900 bronze statue of Thetis. Thetis and Jupiter were the parents of Achilles.She is 15 inches tall and has the correct seal in the back G&S medaille d'or 1867 as shown in volume 4 of Bermans bronze books. She is pictured as no 4186 in this book.She is in nice original condition with no scratches or dings.

Ritual Kapala (skull Cup) made of ox bone and decorated partly in silver and semiprecious gemstones. The exterior displays a beautiful carving on the bone depicting Yamantaka and his consort, and a nice decoration encircling the rim featuring alternately skulls embossed in silver and semiprecious gemstones. The interior is lined with a layer of pure silver. Tibet, 19th century. Height: 19 cm (7 1/2 inches) Width: 14 cm (5/12 inches). Weight: 0.5 kg. Very good condition.
