pair of striking bronze figures of demons-each is different-same size-Russian- Belle Epoch-ca 1900-from estate famous Chicago collector Stanley Levine-13.5 inches high-3.75 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep-no condition problems-patina is brown and slightly worn where figures have been handled--pair are rare-lot of bronze cupids out there but few demons abound in bronze in Western culture--they have horns so they meet the highest standards of perversity and evil-unmarked--possibly made in Hell

A rare and large terracotta represent a young boy looking its torn pentalon and seeming to say (What will say to me?), this is the name of the terracotta engraved on the original nameplate in french "Qu'est-ce qu'on va m'dire?". Incised signature J. Le Guluche on the base and stamped mark: "Fabrication française". Good condition. Dimensions: 21.1/2inches(54.5cm) high. Origin and period: France, late 1800's.

The outer surface of the well is fluted and is fitted with stylized silver medallions. The base is supported on ball feet. The work is signed H. Kirsch. Condition: Very Good.
