Included here is a matching pair of extremely tall armoires with vermilion red japanned finish in classic Chinese style, custom-designed and built by Giorgio Piotto of Rossano Veneto, Italy. The pair each measure an impressive 95" (7' 11") tall, 50.5" wide and 24" deep. Their design is reminiscient of the Chinese vermilion japanned cabinets of the Louis XV period during late eighteenth century, but streamlined and without the decorations and adornments common of that period...

This "Sally" table, designed and produced by Shiro Kuramata (Japanese, 1934-1991) dates from 1987 and is in near mint condition. There are no visible scratches, dents or dings. Chrome finish is bright with no signs of corrosion. Designed for the Memphis Group, this is one of Kuramata's most memorable designs. Measures 30.5" tall and 21" across (77.5 cm by 53.3 cm).
These chairs are upholstered in Mongolian Fur. Nice contrasting modern nickel base. They do not swivel. Are available with a pronged wheeled swivel base. Design attributed to Stanley J. Friedman.

I believe that this piece is Scandinavian though the sticker is missing from the bottom. The round "shadow" of the sticker is just visible.
