Super vintage celluloid and chenille Easter rabbit decoration. This bunny is very colorful in his spiffy suit and his silver pipe. He is attached to his original chenille stick and makes a nice Easter decoration. Circa 1930. Size: rabbit only, 2-3/4" tall. Excellent condition; the tip of one foot has a small hole that appears to be a manufacturing flaw.
Outstanding antique German snowman Christmas candy container. We've had many vintage Christmas candy containers, but never this design. The entire papier-mache container is covered with red and white chenille. The snowman straddles the container, making a sort of basket handle. His black eyes are glass and his nose is composition. The inside of the basket is marked "Germany."
Lovely pastel pink and blue blown glass indent bead Christmas tree garland. The light colors are accented by the strong reds inside the blue indents and yellow and green inside the pink indents. 28" long. Bright color and silvering; some flaking to red paint; one pink bead is missing.

This terrific little German composition candy container, circa 1920's, was made for Abraham Lincoln's birthday--representing the famous frontier log cabin in which he was born. I've never seen this container before and it's in terrific condition. The bottom is marked "Germany." 2-1/8 long; 1-1/2" deep; 1-9/16" tall. Excellent condition.
With its Lincoln's Birthday theme, this would be a terrific addition to your patriotic holiday collection!
Vintage lithographed tin Halloween pan noisemaker, decorated in green, black, white and orange. The decorations include a witch, a ghost and a skeleton around a cauldron. The edges are decorated with jack o'lanterns, owls, bats and black cats. Marked "US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made In U.S.A." Very nice condition, some scratching where metal clappers hit against pan Circa 1940s. 7-7/8" long.

A colorful vintage Germany Santa Claus squeeker toy. He has a composition face and cotton batting beard. His suite is red and blue wool felt with white trim. The boots are pressed paperboard. The body conceals the bellows for the squeeker. The bellows still moves, but no longer makes noise. The original “Made In Germany” sticker is still inside one foot.
Fabulous papier-mache Easter candy container in the form of a duck. This fellow has real feathers on his wings, one of which opens on a spring hinge to get at the candy. The bill is wooden and the eyes are glass. It's got everything but the quack! Unmarked, but undoubtedly German. There is a slight amount of the damage to the webbing on the feet and the feathers are a bit ruffled, but otherwise he's in very nice condition. 8.25" tall; 7.5" beak to tail. Circa 1930's

This is a terrifically detailed piece with the texture of pigskin, laces, seams, etc. Some of the raised seams have some losses, but otherwise, this piece is in nice condition. One side also has initials painted on it--probably those of the lucky child who first found this hanging on the Christmas tree. Approximately 3" long. Circa 1930s.
Wonderful vintage liquor bottle in the form of “Pere Noel” or Santa Claus. Dressed in a long, Belsnickle-type robe, he carries a huge pack of toys on his back, a doll in one hand and a walking stick in the other. The original paper label around the base says, “Benoit Serres Distilleries Toulouse France Depuis 1841”. Extra-large German Dresden-type papier-mache Easter egg candy container. The chromolithographed paper covering shows a wonderful assortment of roosters, hens, chicks, and of course, Easter rabbits. This is undoubtedly the largest Easter Egg candy container we've seen. The interior is lined with the traditional star patterned paper and the rims have a Dresden border. One end has the original string hanger. Marked "Germany". Circa 1920s...
This Matchless star Christmas light has red glass prisms and a red glass gem. The base is bakelite and the bulb is C-6. These star lights were manufactured by the Matchless Electic Co. of Chicago, circa 1930. The lights are 2 inches in diameter and in working condition. 4 available in this color combination. Condition: excellent.

This container is of the highest quality--it has painted metal feet, and a wooden dowel to hold the head in place. Unmarked, but definitely German. Circa 1930. A very rare cobalt blue version of the Santa Claus or Belsnickel bottle created around 1900 by Monroe Gandy Husted of the Husted-Hall Mold Works in Bridgeton, NJ. The bottle was blown into a three-part mold. This example retains the original quatrefoil-shaped front label showing a snow-covered mountain cabin surrounded by a holly leaf border. The clear bottles have an embossed “M.G. Husted” signature, but the cobalt bottles do not, leading some to suspect the blue versions were reproductions...

This terrific boxed set of 10 hard plastic Christmas decorations is in perfect never used condition. The box describes them as an: "Unbreakable Plastic Christmas Tree Decoration Assortment." The box is marked "Trade Mark, Bradford, Pat. Applied For."
This set includes 5 clip on a branch or clip on a light cord candles,( possibly Christmas light covers), 3 singing carolers, and 2 praying angels. These hard plastic Christmas ornaments have become difficult to find.
A 1930's Santa Clause figurine with a composition face and boots, a cotton batting beard, a felt jacket, and a cotton toy bag and pants. He stands on a mica-covered paperboard base. Unmarked, but definitely pre-war Japanese. Some of the Japanese Santas have rather fearsome faces, but this one is quite jolly. At 7" tall, he's also a bit larger than most.

Old Little Red Riding Hood candy container. The pressed paper front shows Red Riding Hood walking with a seemingly docile wolf on her way to Grandmother's house. The candy box affixed to the back has a slide opening much like a match box. the back is marked "Made In Germany." 3" x 1" x3-1/4" tall. Circa 1930s.

Excellent vintage Halloween papier-mache party noisemaker in the form of a banana. These are more often found in the shape of a carrot. Unmarked, but definitely German, circa 1925. It has the original 10-cent price marked in pencil. Excellent working condition; all original. 7-1/2" long.

These hard to find vintage Clemco Christmas lights are in their original illustrated box and are marked Clemco. Working condition. The box does not open with a top flap like most light boxes, there is actually a top box and a bottom box.
The bottom box has some tears but the top with its wonderful illustration is in excellent condition. The earliest Clemco parallel sets date to 1935.
