Rare collection (5 pieces) of pottery tobacco pipes used by the Rau/Brau people. These were acquired in Laos quite a few years. Most likely fired at the Yixing Kilns, in Jiangsu Province- the same place that made opium pipe bowls. These would date from late 19th century to first half 20th century- the ones with reddish clay being the oldest. They have some small chips consistent with old tribal pieces...

Measuring 6 1/2 x 11 3/4, this lovely, early 1900's, Black subject die cut by Enoch Morgan & Sons, England, features three individual Sapolio Soap die cuts used to advertise the company product. Each die cut features the head of a young black boy centered inside a piece of fruit or vegetable- a cabbage, a watermelon and a (?) pear.

Sapolio was a brand of soap noted for its unique and clever advertising, led by Artemas Ward from 1883–1908...

An Art Deco enamelled brass bookmark from the 1920s. This 4-1/4 x 1" bookmark features an angular Deco design and a flower basket motif. This unsigned bookmark is in very good original condition with no major scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some minor enamel losses and rubbing to the original lacquered finish...

Measuring 10.25 inches wide by 7 inches high, this highly-colorful, mint condition, felt, American flag is actually a tobacco premium (free gift) which was awarded as a free bonus to tobacco buyers back in the day to encourage them to continue to purchase that particular brand!

The flag features 48 stars and is bordered with the stars and stripes as well as a Liberty Bell at each of the four corners.

The Flag is double-sided and looks fabulous when viewed from either side.

Early period art deco metal jewelry clip of black man's face, c.1920's. He is wearing a white painted handkerchief on his head which has the tied ends hanging down next to a brass earring. He shows the attitude of the times with "nappy" hair, large painted whites of the eyes, and a smiling painted red mouth and white teeth. Made of heavy gauge metal. Back is missing one of the two clip prongs - but is works fine...

Measuring 3.25 inches high, this delightful English child or baby transfer porcelain mug is a quite rare find!

In excellent condition with the exception of some minor wear to the gilt rim and scripted banner, the cup or mug features two gentleman sharing a tub bath- one Caucasian and one African-American. The African-American gent is surrounded by musical notes indicating that he is doing quite a bit of whistling, while the Caucasian gent covers his ears in annoyance...

Nice, complete and hard to find Spear's Ludo Game from the 1920's, Nice Graphics on the Box. Box Lid has got wear to it and you will see from the pictures that there is a split and a little bit of the left and side missing.

The puzzle contains 4 tiny white balls of unknown material, that, with the proper manual dexterity, are to be placed in the four bubbles the boy is blowing!
