An unusual vintage Halloween wooden ratchet noisemaker decorated with a plastic black cat. This is the only old wooden ratchet we've seen with a plastic decoration. The ratchet is stained orange with a green clacker. The cat is marked "Made In Japan."

Unopened package of 24 vintage Halloween crepe paper cocktail napkins. The smaller cocktail size is bit harder to find than the dinner size.
