Early German Halloween candy container featuring a composition black cat perched atop a red paperboard container. The bottom once had a stick-on label of some sort that scuffed up the paper, so there is no longer a “Made in Germany” mark, but this is clearly a German piece. This plate is 7 1/4" in diameter. The low-relief motif on the plate is hand-cut and finished in Royal Copenhagen's distinctive blue colouring by the hand of skilled craftsmen. This is a limited issue.

This Matchless star Christmas light has red glass prisms and a red glass gem. The base is bakelite and the bulb is C-6. These star lights were manufactured by the Matchless Electic Co. of Chicago, circa 1930. The lights are 2 inches in diameter and in working condition. 4 available in this color combination.
