A sterling silver cut glass & celluloid smelling salts bottle dated 1922. This fine quality 2-3/8" high bottle features a celluloid insert in the sterling silver top and a panelled cut glass base. The bottle retains the original brown cotton batten and the hand cut fitted glass stopper. The silver is stamped with a full set of hallmarks for Birmingham, England 1916 and it has the maker's mark for Percy James Finch of Birmingham (est. 1916)...

An elegant Czech cut crystal perfume bottle, with an oversized cut stopper. Yellow bottles are rather uncommon and this example has very nice cutting. The tall, clear stopper complements the low shape of the bottle. The base is acid-stamped "Made in Czechoslovakia."

Origin: Czechoslovakia, ca. 1925. Dimensions: 3-1/4" wide; 6-3/8" tall. Condition: excellent, a 1/8" flake in the cut area at one shoulder.

A Mexican sterling silver overlay perfume bottle from the 1950s-1960s. This 2-1/2" tall and 1-3/8" across bottle has thick silver overlay with flowers and leaves with hand engraving. It is stamped HECHO EN MEXICO 925 and it has a 35 eagle mark. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A true rarity. This is a hand-carved marbled Bakelite plastic perfume bottle pin or brooch c1930s. This pin consists of a block of amber Bakelite with swirls of black, red, green and other colours resembling burled wood. It has a safety clasp and it has a hand-carved Bakelite perfume bottle suspended from brass chains. It has a black bakelite stopper on a brass chain as well and the bottle is mostly green with yellow and black highlights...

An antique Austro-Hungarian or German 1-7/8" x 1-1/4" perfume flask or bottle c1880s-1900. It has an ornate, high relief silver plated floral design overlay, showing the Art Nouveau influence. This unsigned and excellent quality purse perfume bottle has a chain on the lid (but no stopper) along with an engraved name we can't make out...

A scarce 4-1/4" vintage late 1930s-mid 1940s Mary Grayo stoppered glass fur perfume bottle with the original label. This company was in business in Monte Carlo for a very short time, from the late 1930s to the mid-1940s. The label has losses but the Mary Grayo name is mostly quite legible; the bottle is molded with a 45 on the bottom. It has remnants of the original perfume, which must have smelled wonderful in its day...

A McCamus Bobcaygeon Ontario medicine chemical bottle circa 1900. This 2-3/4" high (with lid) medicine or chemical bottle with the original paper label has a turned wooden mushroom cap. Thomas McCamus (b.1860) was the son of Wm. McCamus, a druggist in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada (in the 1881 census, he was listed as a clerk, presumably in his father's druggist and chemist store, which he must have later taken over as indicated by his name on the label).
