A fine set of FIVE CHRISTMAS ANGELS or CHERUBS. The figures are made of molded plastic and are hand-painted with gilt accents. The bases are stamped: Made in Germany. A vintage c1910 German pop up Valentine greeting card. This 7" x 4-1/4" beauty has four layers: the "To My Valentine" bottom, the dove with roses and envelope (held with red crepe), the valentine couple, the rose bouquet and the diecut openwork lattice. This large woolly sheep looks almost just like his vintage counterparts. Yet he is new and a product 'Made in Germany' by Ino Schaller. This handsome fellow is 5 5/8 inches tall head to hoof and approximately 5 inches long nose to tail. He is soft and woolly and has a green ribbon collar. This rabbit candy container is from our Werner Brauer Collection. He is 13 1/2 inches tall and has a basket on his back. His head can be removed so his body can be filled with Easter goodies. He is made of papier-mâché using an original mold from the early 20th century. His soft brown eyes are glass. Mr. Brauer hand-paints all of his items in a small studio in Germany.
