Fantastic hard plastic candy container in the shape of a hen sitting on a nest. Candies are inserted in the hole in the breast. When the tail is moved up and down, the candies are dispensed out of the bottom of the nest. Perfect for egg-shaped jelly beans! Marked "1964 Ideal Toy Corp." Excellent condition. Size: 6" long, 3-1/2" wide, 8" tall.

Terrific composition Mama Rabbit candy container. Dressed in a blue dress with orange polka dots, Mama carries a wicker basket with a pressed cotton chick in it. Unmarked, but definitely German, circa 1930. Condition: very good, there is a bit of paint flaking on the front of the dress; the wicker basket has a good bit of cracking; the face is especially nice. Size: 6-3/4" tall.

Vintage celluloid windup carousel toy featuring chicks that bob up and down from windows, a bit chick that spins around amid twirling bells and celluloid flowers, all under a pink celluloid canopy. Marked "Japan". Circa 1950. Excellent condition; the canopy droops just a bit, probably from being in a box for too long; windup mechanism works. 7-1/4" tall.

Wonderful vintage tin Easter basket with colorful lithographs of nursery rhymes including Little Bo Peep, The Cat and The Fiddle, and Peter Pumpkin Eater. The bottom is marked with J. Chein's mark.Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: a very small ding on the side, paint rubs along rim, lithographed areas are in terrific condition with bright color. Extremely rare red, white and blue blown glass garland perfect for your patriotic Christmas tree. Most bead garlands have painted color, but these are unusual in that the blue and white stripes are actually blown into the glass. These stripes are accented with painted red and gold indents. In fact, this is the only garland I've seen that was made of colored glass! Also note that the beads are graduated and become larger toward the center of the garland.... Click for details

Lovely pastel pink and blue blown glass indent bead Christmas tree garland. The light colors are accented by the strong reds inside the blue indents and yellow and green inside the pink indents. 28" long. Bright color and silvering; some flaking to red paint; one pink bead is missing and one blue has a hole.
