Charming 50s brush made of wood in the shape of a cat. The brush is attached and meant to be used as a unit with the cat as the handle. The cheeks have darkened with handling over the years. There is a label on the bottom which says Made In Japan. It measures approx. 5 1/4" high by 1 1/2" wide. Very good condition.

This is an exceptional souvenir bowl by the Empire china company of England made to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VIII of England on May 12, 1937. The coronation never happened because Edward abdicated the throne in order to marry American divorcee Wallis Simpson.
