Charming 50s brush made of wood in the shape of a cat. The brush is attached and meant to be used as a unit with the cat as the handle. The cheeks have darkened with handling over the years. There is a label on the bottom which says Made In Japan. It measures approx. 5 1/4" high by 1 1/2" wide. Very good condition.

This is an exceptional souvenir bowl by the Empire china company of England made to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VIII of England on May 12, 1937. The coronation never happened because Edward abdicated the throne in order to marry American divorcee Wallis Simpson. The bowl has a squared shape, measures 1.5 inches high by 3.25 in diameter and has a sepia portait of the king who was never crowned surrounded by color decorations, flags, the Tudor rose, thistles and shamrocks. This is an Radford's china, England unusual crown figural handle tea cup and saucer commemorating the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of England in 1953. The quality is superb. The design features a color drawing of the profile of the Queen and a dedication with gold trim. The cup is 3 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter and the cup has a rare figural handle with a crown on it. The set is in very good +++ condition with no chips, cracks or wear and only minor crazing.
