This poster, which was printed post 1976 and Mao's death made a detrimental mistake, it had mismatched the headlines with the content of the poster. It seems that the date and the headline had come from another poster from 1967. Titled "Celebration of the National Congress and People's Representative Meeting," and alleged published in 1967 by Shanghai Fine Art publishing house, this poster as is poses a problem.
