19th century, German officer’s small sword. Details: gilt brass hilt of similar form to the British infantry officer’s sword pattern 1796 with urn shaped pommel, silver wire bound grip, short quillon and folding guard, straight single edged blade with fuller and spear point, stamped on ricasso by the maker. The overall length is 91cm (36 ¾ inches). Condition: good.

Antique, circa 1750, German infantry short sword. Details: heavy single edged straight blade with twin fullers, brass D form hilt includes engraved lion’s head pommel, wire bound leather covered wooden grip, in its leather scabbard with brass mounts. Condition; in good condition except for minor pitting on the blade and old cracks in the authentic, period time wooden grip. The overall length is 71cm (28 in).

Rare French Napoleonic relic cavalry officer’s sword AnXI, 1802-3 pattern. Details: well made brass three bar guard, grip made of wood covered by leather. Condition: the sword is a witness of a major battle in view of the fact that is baring scars of a broken guard, holes in the scabbard and blade almost certainly from the cause of close exploding grenades or cannon balls.
