Lovely 1920's Spanish style hand-embroidered silk shawl made in China, with wound silk thread embroidery and long silky rayon fringe. A 49" square, not including the 20" long fringe, the embroidery is entirely floral motifs. With big 6 1/4" roses on opposite corners, and smaller 4" roses on the other corners. The colors are mainly shades of pink, magenta, coral, blue and teal with brown on a cream background. This is a beautiful shawl that was a favorite accessory in the Art Deco period, and it'...
