Gray and pink wool tweed 40's swing coat with three big faux tortoise buttons and full sleeves with deep cuffs. The color is more dusty rose than it looks in the photos, and there is a darkish area near the second button that is much less visible in real life than it appears in the photos. The coat is fully lined in coral colored satin, which has a few scuffs and a small patch. Fantastic 20's Pendleton Indian blanket coat. The Pendleton Woolen Mills of Oregon opened in 1909, producing Indian blankets. In time, the blankets were used to make robes and coats. This one is more like a coat or duster, with its celluloid buttons and three outside pockets. The casings around the pockets and collar and down the front are discolored and a little worn, and the second button from the top is missing, but the top button isn't usually used and could be moved down. Great 50's Hawaiian Sarong that's a playsuit with an attached sarong skirt. It's cotton, bright and unfaded, with elastic stretch side panels and straps that adjust with buttons. Under the skirt are the attached playpants that have elastic legs and snaps at the crotch. The label is from "The Malatestas of Los Gatos, Calif.". About a size 6, it measures approx. 32-38" bust, 27" waist, up to 38" hips, and 25" skirt length. A great find, it's in excellent condition.

Vintage Edwardian blouse of white cotton batiste with Irish crochet insets and trim. This is a beautifully detailed example of the blouses from about 1910-1918. Besides handmade lace, there are tucks, faggotting, embroidered dots, and tiny mother-of-pearl buttons down the front and at the cuffs. These blouses are so easy to wear, and go from dressy under evening suits, to jeans. This one has a pretty little "Blue Bird" label and would fit a size 6-10.
