Gorgeous 50's Hawaiian shirt by Penny's that was made in Japan of 100% rayon. With two front pockets and plastic buttons, the colors are bright and unfaded with especially vivid red flowers and surfboards. There are no worn, torn or faded areas. A medium size, it measures approx. 17 1/2" across the shoulders, 45" chest, 46" around the bottom, and 27" overall length. A real beauty, it's in excellent condition.

1960's men's pants with wild and crazy hand-embroidered gambling motifs of dice, cards, palm trees, old casinos, such as the Sands and the Sahara, and of course, Reno and Las Vegas. Of a medium weight, light blue cotton denim, they're custom made with no label. The waist is 34" and the inseam is 30". On close inspection, I see that the hem was taken down about 1 1/4", so 30" is as long as the pants inseam could be. Probably one of a kind, the pants are in excellent condition. Beautiful 50's evening jacket by Sir James of California in black rayon velvet with gold braid trim embellished with big teardrop rhinestones, pearls, and gold metal leaves. It's really made more like a sweater, with its soft dolman sleeves and knit cuffs and waistband. About a small to medium size, it measures approx. 37" bust, 26-31" waist, and 20" overall length. It fastens at the waistband with two snaps, and it's in excellent condition.

Saucy little 80s dress in red and white taffeta with polka dots by Gunne Sax. There is a black net, lace edged petticoat underlayer for extra stiffening, and a white net layer under the top ruffle. The white satin spaghetti straps were shortened, so they could be at least three inches longer on each side, or even eliminated as the bodice is boned. Cute 1950s bolero jacket in lipstick red cotton velvet with deep dolman elbow-length sleeves. Fully lined in red taffeta, it's about a size 6-8, and measures approx. 13 1/2" neck opening when buttoned, 36" bust, 29" waist, and 15 1/2" overall length. Unfortunately, there are some little mars, like tiny dents, not holes, across the top, but they are not too noticeable. Otherwise, the jacket is in very good condition.

The sleeves are dolman cut with gussets typical of this period, and there is a matching belt. Lovely early 40s bed jacket in a soft lemon yellow rayon print jacquard with an ecru cotton lace yoke. Beautifully made with French seams and a lot of hand sewing, it has full draped sleeves that fall from the yoke, which is meant to go slightly beyond the shoulders.
