Made in Palestine in the 70's, this very wearable soft rayon dress has lovely cross-stitch embroidery in shades of browns and golds on a black ground. It opens in the back with a nylon zipper and has 12 1/2" long slits on the bottom sides. About a size 8-10, it measures approx. 18" across the shoulders, 21" outside sleeve length, 38" bust, 40" hips, and 51 1/2" overall length. There is a mend at the front neckline opening, but otherwise, the dress is in excellent condition.

Classic Chinese jacket with a high Mandarin collar, frog closures, side slits, and lovely embroidery on silk satin. This jacket unfortunately has some wear on the collar trim and a few barely noticeable spots here and there, but the embroidery is quite beautiful, and the silk lined jacket is in good wearable vintage condition. About a small to medium size, it measures approx. 36" bust, 52" around the bottom, and 27" overall length.

Beautiful late 30's or early 40's peasant dress with cotton and chenille embroidery. These "Slavic" dresses are quite rare and a personal favorite of mine. This one is black rayon crepe with little gold filigree buttons with mirror insides. 1970's Chinese blouse of intricate hand embroidery and cut-work on a deep raspberry colored silk crepe-de-chine from Shanghai. The photos make the color look more rust, but it is really a raspberry color. These blouses were made for export, and the quality has slowly declined over the years. Wonderful 50's bombshell dress by designer Peggy Hunt in a navy blue fine rayon crepe with an illusion lace neckline that's sexy and seductive. About a size 8-10, it measures approx. 38" bust, 29" waist, up to 41" hips, and 26" skirt length. The skirt and bodice are lined with a "flesh" colored inset at the bustline.
