This wonderful vintage butterfly pin was made for the Giorgio Armani couture line. It is whopping 5 1/2" long x 3 1/4" wide, and has a very "tremblant" effect. It is made from hundreds of crystal and givre glass glass beads intricately mounted onto a copper lame' leather backing. It has no markings, like many of Armani's couture pieces, but was purchased in the Armani boutique of Neiman Marcus (Northpark Mall, Dallas). It measures 17 1/2" long and has 35 individual links tapering from 1 1/2" at the sides to 2 1/2" in front. It has a horn hook closure and is signed "Gerda Lynggaard Monies Copenhagen" on the brass drop tag. It is in excellent condition.

This unusual necklace has a very high fashion look, and unusual construction. It measures 25 1/2" long and drapes down approximately 3 1/2" in front. It consists of 7 strands of givre glass beads knotted on beige leather, and has intersperced 1 1/2" to 2" long dangling sections. It has gold fill cone tips and it's in excellent condition. There are no markings but it's reminiscent in design to Monies and Giorgio Armani pieces I've owned.
