Pfaltzgraff Pottery Co., Muggsy character mug, designed by Jessop. Produced 1940 - 1960. Early mugs had protruding features, later ones are just painted on. Circa 1950. 5 inches tall. 1/2 inch hairline crack at rim.

A heart shape and a turban mold on top of the heart.It has the stylized dolphin and lozenge mark used by Sommet, in the 1880's.It is about 3 1/4" by 3 1/4" and the collared turban shape is 2 1/4"n diameter.The condition is very good.
