This is a neat set of 2 ceramic eggcups made by and advertising Guiness Irish stout beer(my husband's favorite!)in their original box. They are no longer made and we actually bought them in Worcester. Each egg cup measures each 3 inches high by 2.25 in diameter and looks like a pint glass with a head of foam. Measuring 3.25 inches in height, this very pretty pair of ceramic, floral, salt and pepper shakers are hand-painted and were made in Japan (marked JAPAN on base). They are in lovely condition complete with their original corks and show minor wear of their gilded tops from use. No chips or cracks! They are fresh to the market having come straight from the estate of their original owner, a 99 year old collector of fine glass and ceramics!

This is a wonderful stoneware tea mug or coffee mug from Dunoon Ceramics of Scotland made just before the factory was moved to Staffordshire England in the Cottages series of 3 mugs sold separately signed by the artist, Emma Ball which are no longer made. This mug features lovely watercolor drawings of a series of Tudor cottages on a village street. It is a wonderful design. It is new so of course perfect.
