This is a fabulous mini sugar shaker, sugar caster or muffineer by the English artist Lorna Bailey and signed by her. The pattern is Hillcrest which is out of production and dates to 1998. The shaker measures 3.75 inches high and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Lorna Bailey has been featured on TV as well as Collect It! magazine as the new Clarice Cliff.
