This figure circa 1980s with gilt stamp "FBW" on the base (for the firm of Fritz Bermann, Wien - all within a circle - see enlargement 4). A child's figural eggcup in the shape of an Owl. Keele Street Pottery Co. Ltd., circa 1950. Marked on the base with incised letters "KSP" and MADE IN ENGLAND. The owl is seated on a tuft of grass. He has blue eyes with yellow and a yellow nose (some of the yellow paint has flaked otherwise fine). Measures 2 3/8 inches in height.

A wonderful child's toy pitcher in the shape of a dog, circa 1895. Stamped GERMANY on the base. This handsome fellow stands a good 4 inches tall and measures approximately 4 1/4 inches across at its widest point. The dog appears to be a terrier (black and white) and sports a red jacket with tails, light green waistcoat, black bow tie, and carries a cane over his left arm.
