This artisan-made, vintage 1950s, utterly delightful, little Black Boy Hand Puppet is in wonderful, minimally-played-with condition!
This sweet little pop-eyed character was recently acquired from the artist's daughter who stated that her mother made the puppet for her in the late 1950's.
With hands and head constructed of papier mache and a machine-stitched cotton body, this 10.50 inch long puppet sat for years in a doll cabinet seeing minimal childhood play...

A set of six (6) silver plated spoons by Christofle (France). They appear to be a variant of unknown usage of dessert spoons - they measure 6 3/8" in length. The pattern looks like Fidelio, but I have not seen this spoon in Fidelio before. They are in perfect condition - they were given as a gift quite a few years back and were never used, just polished occasionally. Vandermark artglass is contemporary glass made in the style of art nouveau. This piece was made in 1981 in June. It is marked "1981-6", signed by the artist and numbered 0455. It measures 9.75" across the top and is 3.5" deep. This piece of stretchglass is in excellent condition. There is a pontil mark on the center of the base (normal).

This great vintage bridge set is still in its original packaging - never opened - mint in box. The box set measures 10 3/4" x 7 1/2" and reads, "LEARN TO PLAY BRIDGE... According to HOYLE." It includes a Bridge Instruction book, 2 decks of cards and a scorepad. The cards are colorful: one deck displays a cute bunny rabbit, the other displays a cute chipmunk. It is especially unique because it comes with the teaching bridge booklet. The set is circa 1950's or 1960's.
