What a cool item. This is a signed copy of the book Emden Ayesha by the famous captain of the Emden Kapitanleutnant Hellmuth Von Mucke. Interestingly enough, the book was printed in Berlin in 1917. No doubt the story of this famous naval personality was used as propaganda to encourage the German populace in their war effort. Von Mucke was famous for his impressive success in commerce raiding and quickly became a national hero. Obviously this book is written in German...

Here is a rare hard cover entitled "Dick Gregory's Natural Diet for Folks Who Eat: Cookin' with Mother Nature" with its original dustjacket and signed by the author "To You from Me Dick Gregory". Published by Harper & Row 1973. This is a nice tight book with no script (with the exception of the inscription on the front endpaper), however the dustjacket shows some wear with light staining and small tears. Gregory suggests diets for both humans and animals. Direct from original owner/recipient.
