First American Edition published in November 1904 by Harper and Bros. Green cloth boards with an Art Nouveau design stamped in orange and black highlighted by gilt lettering. A name is written in ink over the title, there are small tears from page 249 through 294 and one page has a faint smudge on the top (see photos). Light wear on the boards. Europe is misspelled on page 201. Sold as is.

Frontispiece plus six plates(the illustration on page 168 "The Cocktails served..." is missing). . The boards show some wear especially at the corners and there is faint spotting on a few pages otherwise a sound edition.
Published in 1940 by Charles Scribner's & Sons. Possibly a first, if not very early edition. Oatmeal linen boards with Hemingway's signature embossed on the front cover. A blank page opposite the page listing Hemingway's books may be missing and those first few pages have toning. There is also tiny nick on the bottom of pages 1 through 56. Sold as is.
A lovely little book written by Booth Tarkington and with colored illustrations by Ruth Sypherd Clements. The cover features a blind stamped holly design and gilt lettering. Published by Harper & Brothers 1909. Copyright page indicates October 1909 (possibly a first edition). The illustrations are crisp and the booth is in fine condition.
