This is a original chromolithograph print by the firm of L.Prang of Boston Ma.It was published in 1874. This is one of I believe a series of 4 views of California by J.R.Key commissioned by Prang all of which are very scarce.This is in excellent condition and has its original Prang paper label and frame.We have added a antique gold linen type matt to it which is not shown and some acid free paper backing behind the print.The frame has been repainted at some point in time.Image is 7 by 14 and out... This is a scarce large (14 by 10+ margins image size) engraving of William T. Sherman the famous Civil war general. It was printed in 1865 by publisher J.C. Buttre New York. His image is from a photo by George Barnard and the border design is by W. Momberger.The 3 border pics are Kennesaw mountain,Buzzards Roost and the Struggle for Atlanta. Large size engravings like this are very hard to find and the condition is excellent.We have it matted in a speckled cream mat.

This is a classic Hamanishi, limited edition, mezzotint depicting pipes and ropes . The title is Work No. 19.
The print is signed in pencil and is numbered 68/100. The image measures 9 X 11 3/4 inches on paper measuring 12 1/4 X 16 inches. It is in excellent condition.

This is a original large folio 1854 lithograph by Currier and Ives from the Life of a Fireman series. This is The race Jump Her Boys Jump Her.The images is 25 3/4 by 17+the title and some margins. The paper is evenly toned a light tan. There is one tiny paper scrape in the bottom center and there is 3 spots in the sky. There are no tears into the image and having seen several copies of this print I think the original hand coloring is better than on most copies. My photos do not do it justice as ... This is a large chromolithograph of a lady titled AIDA that was put out by the B.F.Goodrich rubber company of Akron Ohio in 1901.It is 30 by 24 inches and was published by the Gray Litho co of New York.There is a small area on the right side where the paper was broken thru from the back with no loss or discoloration and a small tear on the upper right margin that would mat out.Otherwise this chromo is in quite good condition for its age with no staining. This is a great original Currier & Ives litho by Thomas Worth from the Darktown series titled Spoiling A Sensation The Bicycle Boy On A Bull. It is dated 1881 and the size is 13 by 17 with large probably full size margins. The condition is Excellent with just a couple of minor spots.This is in the original victorian walnut frame and glass. It has new acid free backing. A great image in great condition

This is a wonderful large 16 by 14 inch chromo ad. for Dixons Carburet of Iron Stove Polish. It was published in 1858 by Sarony Major & Knapp a famous large New York city Lithography firm. I believe this was a proof print as it came out of a large scrap book we bought years ago that was all prints from this firm. It seemed to be a job book with things they had been doing.
