Unsigned hand-tinted photograph of a stream/pond scene. Image size is 5 7/8 by 3 3/4 inches, mat size is 9 5/8 by 7 5/8 inches. Framed size is 10 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches. Condition is good with a water stain on left side of mat near frame, small white spot on mat in upper right of image. Pre-1940, original frame and backing, very minor damage to lower right frame corner. Horizontal coloration difference is due to lighting when taking photo of framed work, not a flaw.

There are 244 pages filled with black and white illustrations, sketches, color photos of finished products a person might sew, etc. The text teaches everything one would want/need to know about one's sewing machine and about how to sew anything. It is a great collectible and very informative...

One photograph is of a mixed group of cricket players, ladies and a dog posing under some trees. Many of the men with their bats. It is titled in ink underneath “Keevil/1881.” Image is approx. 6 1/8 x 8 ¼ inches.
The second photo is of a long line of archers and spectators in front of targets, with trees behind and a few men standing forward with their bows...
