The weight features a colorful bouquet of holly leaves, a red poinsettia and mistletoe surrounded by ring of red, white and green complex canes, all against an opaque snow white ground. The base is embedded with a signature/date cane. The paperweight is finished with 5/1 faceting.

The panel rays start in the center then fan outward to the rim ending in half circles of clear glass. The colors radiate amber-orange through reds and purples encircling the interior of the bowl. This bowl is in Excellent to Very Good condition with one mold mark and several bubbles. The carnival sheen is in Very Good+ condition with a few tiny, tiny flakes missing...

Offered is this rare Orrefors 'Ariel' glass vase designed by Edvin Ohrstrom - the vase has a 'Stress Line' running through it. Via the 'Ariel' technique, Ohrstrom decorated the vase with the 'peace motif' (dove, flowers, etc). The very heavy vase is 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) wide and 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) high. Properly signed on its polished pontil. Because of the stable stress line (see pictures), this rare vase is offered at a low price .

A large and beautiful pink glass bowl decorated with frosted lines and circles - the bowl was made by Schneider company of France around 1930. The large blown glass bowl (has a polished pontil) is 14 inches (35,5 cm) in diameter and is in excellent condition (there are some expected faint scratches on its bottom - see picture). It is signed, 'Schneider' on its foot. A similar bowl is listed on page 374 of 'Warman's Glass', 4th edition, 2002 (shown in last picture here for your convenience).

Overall, the lamp is in very good condition (mentioned for accuracy: there is the expected age-appropriate tarnishing of the metal, part of the plugging-socket is gone, though it is safe, and some rim-roughness that are typical of these old shades - see last picture)...

This is a really pretty ruby flashed English Hobnail footed candy dish with lid made by Westmoreland Glass. This candy dish measure 6 1/4 inches high to top of the knob with the lid on.
