Lovely Rene Lalique molded bowl with a slightly raised and frosted romaine leaf motif and a sterling silver rim. The bowl measures 9 1/2" in diameter and is 3 5/8" high. It is marked R. Lalique France in the center interior of the bowl. The condition is excellent. Circa 1920.

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. This is the Large size Stippled Band set and includes 4 cups & saucers, 4 plates, teapot & lid, creamer, and sugar & lid. The sugar lid is the rare dome - shaped style. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1116B fan vase in honey yellow green. (This color is a yellow ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 7 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. Modern floral expression using abstract floral murrines in a field of thin copper red vines and green opal leaves. This abstract imagery floats on a thick case of clear glass behind which is a gather of transparent copper blue glass with a heavy coating of aventurine.
