Old Cafe is a smaller pattern produced by Hocking from 1936 to 1938. Offered here is the covered candy jar. The base is pink, the lid for the covered candy jar is always ruby. This candy jar has the original 'Royal Ruby' label on the lid. Excellent condition. I have others available without the label if you want to spend a little less. Iris & Herringbone was originally made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1928 to 32 during the depression. This is sleek and very elegant Bohemian art glass wine goblet. It is pre 1920s but after 1880s. They have a banded inverted cone shape base and a bowl cut in a leaf design.

Each glass is 7" tall. The opening of the bowl is 2 1/2" in diameter.

An elegant Art Deco ruby glass cocktail shaker with sterling silver overlay in a grapevine pattern. The glass has a very intense ruby coloring, and the bottom has a polished pontil-a reliable sign of quality glass. Each side of the shaker is enhanced with a stylized grapevine motif worked in sterling silver overlay. The shaker is finished with a chrome-plated top.

Origin: America, ca. 1935. Condition: excellent, all original, no chips or cracks, no splits to metal. Size: 11-1/4".

A pretty Art Deco cut glass perfume bottle with an intaglio stopper. The periwinkle blue body is cut in a diamond pattern, while the flat round stopper has lapidary cut edges and an intaglio four-leaf clover. The overall effect is very sweet. The flat base is acid-etched “Made in Czechoslovakia” inside an elongated oval.

Origin: Czechoslovakia, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks. Size: 3-3/4” tall.

The vase is 12 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 5 3/4 inches. It is blown into a mold producing its art deco form. The base is thick and quite heavy. Exquisite Barovier bowl and pestle set profusely filled with an aventurine gold spiral pattern on the interior with an exterior thread of blue/green lattimo. The rim of the bowl has a scissor cut which lends a dramatic modern aesthetic to the form. It is unusual to find these sets together. This one is a beauty! It is 7"x2"h, in excellent condition, unmarked, but clearly Barovier.

An exciting example of mid-century Murano color and metal inclusions: cane, latticino, murrine, and aventurine gold are encased in a sumptuous, double scroll modern form. The base glass is clear, with the exterior of the piece marvered in amethyst chips that give the form a nice amethyst shade. The piece is 6.5x7.5x2.5"h, unmarked, in perfect condition

The sommerso transition from the plum colored rim to the lattimo exterior allows considerable visual depth to the murrine arrangement. Cute Little VENETIAN Early Murano OPALESCENT BLUE Art Glass Sweets Container with Pear Decoration and Prunts!!! Attributed to FRATELLI TOSO!!! This Akro Agate lady milk glass powder jar is 6 3/8" tall. The diameter of the base is 3 7/8". It is hallmarked "Made in the U.S. of America." It also has the AKro Agate mark in the center. This item is in excellent condition. There are no repairs, no chips and no cracks.

A very nice antique Chinese glass paperweight featuring a lampwork poinsettia. The bright red petals are arranged in a double row around a sulfur yellow millefiori center and are accented with a green stem and a pair of leaves. The Chinese copied this design from New England Glass Company paperweights of the 19th century. The glass in this example is relatively good quality, with only few small bubbles, and is considerably larger than many examples. The base is ground and polished concave.

Extremely fine triple cased sommerso decanter attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. With a cranberry colored glass core cased inside a layer of vivid blue, cased again inside lavender. The effect of the three layers of colored glass is stupendous. This lovely decanter has a slightly flattened form and stands over 16.25" tall to the top of the stopper. In excellent condition.

Monumental sommerso decanter by Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. In brown glass cased inside a layer of pale yellow. This enormous decanter, standing 22" tall to the top of the stopper, is a showstopper. In excellent condition.
