Offering an incredible pair of original Sergio Rodrigues armchairs, known as the "Mouse" chairs. Book-matched Brazilian rosewood, with gorgeous dramatic patterns. Very much in the tradition of the American industrialist design, predecessor of mid century. Influence in the Eames chair. It is a chair that invites sprawling — perfect for the social milieu of the bossa nova and caipirinha cocktails; where a languorous afternoon spent chatting and joking is the apex of enjoyment...

Pair of decorative leather bound bookends with brass accents. Silver tone metal mounts of a Griffon accent the brass; gold tone stitching accents the rich brown leather. Bears logo of Mark Cross in gold on the bottom of each piece. The bookends measure 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) tall, 5.5 inches (14 cm) deep and 6.25 inches (15.9 cm) wide. Some scuffs and marks from use, but no rips or tears to the leather, nor dents to the metal. Circa 1960.

Dining table and 8 wishbone chairs by Arthur Espenet (1920-2006). Espenet was born in New York and later settled in Bolinas, California. He was a self taught master woodworker and furniture maker with pieces in the collections of the Smithsonian Institute, The Museum of Modern Art and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York.

This is a 9 drawer leather chest, that can be used for a number of things, but is perfect as a jewelry chest. It was made by Maitland Smith and is extremely heavy. The drawers are black lacquer on the inside, and brown leather with gold trim on the outside. It is signed on the inside of the top drawer. It measures 42" tall x 10" wide x 11" deep. It is in good condition with some wear to the leather.

Milo Boughman black leather sofa with Brazilian book matched rosewood. Milo Boughman (1923-2003) born in Goodland, Kansas, was a pioneer in modern design and one of the leading modern furniture designers of the second half of the 20th century.

This is a pretty robins egg blue and gold enameled brass compact-shaped hinged double picture frame. The cover depicting a gold butterfly over a leafy branch. When open it holds two vintage pictures Measurements: 3" square closed. Excellent condition; may need cleaning.
