Kushan Islamic turquoise blue glazed oil lamp with elongated spout, pad base, tall neck and flared rim. The lamp measures 5 ins. in length. The turquoise glaze has a black design detail and a wonderful iridescent surface. The top of the rim chipped, superb color and glaze, and overall a very fine example old restoration and reconstruction as is usual with pottery of this kind. Important pair of Taisho Period c. 1921 bronze zen buddhist temple lamps with lacquered wood stands. Inscribed on lamps is date and village of temple. Stands are older from Meiji Period C.1890. Made of fine cotton on stretched frame.

Good Kayan Orang Ulu gawai rice festival ceremonial mask, circa 40 years old, from Sarawak. I bought this piece in Kuching, Sarawak in 2003. Used only twice a year for rice planting and harvesting festivals (gawai), these gatherings were usually a good excuse for a party and celebration to encourage the spirits to ensure a good harvest. H: 25cm/9.8in and W: 16cm/6.2in.

Korean Silla Stoneware Tall incised pot, Silla Period, 4th-6th C. stoneware with a slight natural ash glaze and incised comb patterns on the neck between two double lines. The pedestal base with cut out designs, the base repaired as seen in pictures as well as a chip to the rim but otherwise in great condition.Size H 14" W 11"

Korean Silla stoneware rounded pot with lid , the body has an elaborate pressed and incised pattern and the lower section has an olive glaze . The lid missing its finial the pot has rim chips . Rare shape nice design. diameter 4.5"h 3.5".

Koryo dynasty celadon bowl. The exterior with white and black slip inlaid decoration of chrysanthemum roundels within double rings and a scrolling vine pattern the interior with an upper scrolling pattern with 4 floral sprays. The olive green glaze pooling to blue-green and burned in the kiln to a drab tone on a portion of the exterior. 12th to 13th century. Good condition. Diameter 8 inches . Height almost 2 1/2 inches
