A yellow ware bowl with the Woodland glaze, with a folded rim and four white slip stripes. Although the bowl is unmarked most Woodland glaze pieces were made by Morton in Illinois during the first half of the 20th century. This piece is in a traditional style unlike the Deco styles found in other wares made by Morton. Diameter is 8 inches, and other than a few tiny nicks in one of the stripes the bowl is in perfect condition.

Offered is a subtle elegant Rose Cabat studio art pottery “Feelie” vase with Cabat’s signature small thin neck and silky smooth glaze from the 1960's or early 1970's. The vase is 3 ½ inches tall by 2 inches wide, and features a mat black glaze dripped over turquoise blue leaving only the neck and traces at the base showing turquoise.
