The optic melon body shows deep swelling panels that swirl and shine through the neck to the deeply ruffled rim. It has a faint Fenton imprint on the bottom. Duncan & Miller Heart Shaped Nappy, 7" is in mint condition. The Sandwich pattern was made from 1924 to 1955.
This set of four ebony, black pedestal footed wine stems are so Art Deco. The twelve-sided triangle bell foot is black glass while the tapered wine bowl is crystal clear. This figural glass lamp was produced by L.E. Smith Company during the 1940's - 50's. The color was fired on over clear glass, giving the opaque finish. This style is referred to as the 'Southern Belle' lamp. I have 2 available. Both have been re-wired so they work fine. The shade clips on the light bulb. (Bulb not included, I recommend 25 or 40 watt bulbs so the glass doesn't get too hot.) Please specify which you'd like. All are in good shape.
This is such a beautiful combination of Victorian glass and silverplate. With an Eastlake design in the silverplate, the beautiful blue glass just glows inside. It is marked Meriden Silver Plate Co., number 1789. It measures 6 1/2" tall x 7" wide and is in perfect condition.
